Contexte

In the light of its digitalisation JMS Tax-Audit / JMS Group are looking for a polyglot and ambitious Administrative Consultant to join their team throughout this transition. Thanks to its interactive and innovative new platform, the portfolio management of its 300+ companies will allow to smoothly handle 360 degrees requests, answering to the client’s needs. From its legal to fiscal management, through financials, socials and administrative requests, client and consultants will be able to collaborate for which the Administrative Consultant will be a key player in the team success and client’s satisfaction.

Définition

While every account corresponds to a client’s company, the Administrative Consultant will oversee the portfolio by handling, communicating and acting on (recurring and non-recurring) requests within the team of internal and external consultants. The Administrative Consultant will ensure the prompt follow-up of those requests as well as its follow-up until completion. He/she will be a key player in the relation and fulfilment of the client’s account management.

Responsabilités

The Administrative Consultant therefore has a good knowledge and understanding of the commercialised services offered by J.M.S Group, its departments as well as the role of every internal & external consultants. Moreover, Administrative Consultant has the ability to understand complex challenges faced by the client and act upon simple tasks for which he/she can execute resulting in practical solutions. Those requests will therefore be managed throughout the platform allowing clear and transparent communication between the client and JMS offices.

Missions

The Administrative Consultant ensures the quality of the administrative services offered to the client and seeks innovative solutions to optimise the internal and external administrative workflow. Responsible for customer administration, he/she acts, plan and informs the customer of the evolution of his/her request therefore directly contributing to their company’s administrative success plan. He/she ensures that the client is always satisfied, bringing real added value to the services provided and promoting our services as products. He/she therefore ensures a personalised and continuous follow-up of the client’s requests: based on an analysis of results, he/she has an overall vision and provides regular reports to the client/team. The Administrative Consultant deals with several clients at the same time, which requires good organisation and therefore manage his/her time efficiently. In addition, the Administrative Consultant deals with existing customers but may also prospect for new ones. In any case, this is a varied job where he/she is in contact with many different interlocutors: communication skills are therefore essential. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills to create a trustful bond with the stakeholder during good and challenging times.

Compétences

  • In a digital environment, he/she needs to have a good understanding of the administrative process (internally and externally) that the client could face throughout his/her entrepreneurial journey.
  • He/she should have great communication skills and therefore can fluently speak and write at least the two national Belgian languages (French & Dutch).
  • However another European or non-European languages is an important asset to our international clientele.
  • He/she should easily create bond with the stakeholder to become their SPOC (single point of contact) upon their various requests while maintaining calm at all time, despite stressful situations/requests. Patience is not an overrated value to have for such position.
  • He/she should have great organisational skills to follow-up and build relationship with various stakeholder (banks, FOD FINANCES & other Administration),

Profil

  • Native Dutch speaker, fluent in French and English
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management,
  • Quality of administrative reporting (meeting minute, presentation, reports, letters, etc ).
  • Knowledge of the Administrative and governmental process,
  • Detailed and accurate communication and reporting skills,
  • Good knowledge of the technical aspects of our services,
  • Good organisational and negotiation skills,

Diplômes

  • Bachelor or Master in any of the services endeared by the GROUP (management, accounting & taxes, finance, fiscal or legal) is preferred.
  • A demonstrated track records in any CRM or database is required,
  • Any experience in the administrative public sector is a plus (preferably FOD FINANCE),
  • A previous experience in a legal, financial or tax department is however desired,
  • A previous experience as an entrepreneur is a plus,
  • Any experience in customer relations, sales, management amongst company portfolio is a plus,
