In the light of its digitalisation JMS Tax Audit is looking for a polyglot and ambitious Accountant to join their team throughout this transition. Thanks to its interactive and innovative new platform, the portfolio management of its 300+ companies will allow to smoothly handle 360 degrees requests, answering to the client’s needs. From its legal to fiscal management, through financials, socials and administrative requests, client and accountant will be able to collaborate as a key player in the team success and client’s satisfaction.


While every account corresponds to a client’s company, the account Manager will oversee the portfolio by handling, communicating and dispatching (recurring and non-recurring) requests within the team of internal and external consultants. The account manager will ensure the prompt commercialisation of those requests as well as its follow-up until completion. He/she will be a key player in the relation and fulfilment of the client’s account management.


The account manager advises clients in the strategy to adopt as well as action to be taken. He/she therefore has a good knowledge and understanding of the commercialised services offered by JMS Group, its departments as well as the role of every internal & external consultants. Moreover, the account manager has the ability to understand complex challenges faced by the client and transform them into simple tasks for the team to execute. Those requests will therefore be managed throughout the platform allowing clear and transparent communication between the client and JMS offices.


The account manager ensures the quality of the services offered to the client and seeks innovative solutions to serve them better. Responsible for customer relations, he/she informs the customer of the evolution of his/her request therefore directly contributing to their company’s management, advises them on the strategic plan. He/she ensures that the client is always satisfied, bringing real added value to the services provided and promoting our services as products. He/she is not a ‘sales’ hunter but a grower, capable of detecting and responding to wants and needs (up sell, cross sell internally and externally). He/she therefore ensures a personalised and continuous follow-up of the client’s requests: based on an analysis of results, he/she has an overall vision and provides regular reports to the client/team. As well as offering to increase competitiveness and, more generally, to respond to the client's challenges as urgencies. The account manager deals with several clients at the same time, which requires good organisation and therefore manage its time efficiently. In addition, the account manager deals with existing customers but may also prospect for new ones. In any case, this is a varied job where he/she is in contact with many different interlocutors: communication and negotiation skills are therefore essential. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills to create a trustful bond with the client during good and challenging times.


  • In a digital environment, he/she needs to have a good understanding of the technical challenges that the client could face as well as our endeared services.
  • He/she should have great communication skills and therefore can fluently speak and write at least the two national Belgian languages (French & Dutch).
  • However, another European or non-European languages is an important asset.
  • He/she should easily create bond with the client to become their SPOC (single point of contact) upon their various requests while maintaining calm at all time, despite stressful situation/ clientele. Patience is not an overrated value to have for such position.
  • He/she should have a commercial thrive, turning any challenge into a commercial opportunity for the group, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth.


  • Native Dutch speaker, fluent in French and English
  • Excellent customer relationship management,
  • Quality of strategic advice,
  • Knowledge of the client's world and determination of their needs,
  • Quality of presentation and service,
  • Good knowledge of the technical aspects of the products they sell,
  • Good organisational and negotiation skills,


  • Bachelor or Master in any of the services rendeared by the GROUP (management, accounting & taxes, finance, fiscal or legal) is required.
  • A demonstrated track records in CRM and sales is required,
  • Any experience in the administrative public sector is a plus (preferably FOD FINANCE),
  • A previous experience in a legal, financial or tax department is however desired,
  • A previous experience as an entrepreneur is a plus,
  • Any experience in customer relations, sales, management amongst company portfolio is a plus,


  • Salary and incentives are negotiable however an entrepreneur with a “freelancer status” is preferred,
  • Commissions can be negotiated,
